paying for courses

Please only pay for your course when you have had confirmation of your place from our courses administrator.
 

Please make payment of your course fees within one month of being accepted onto a course.
 
You can pay for your course in one of three ways. We prefer option 1) or 2), as they reduce our bank charges, but all are available to you. In all cases please make it clear which course you are attending.

1) You can pay by cheque:

The full course fees must be paid within one month of being accepted onto the course. 
  • If you cancel your place on the course 4 months before the start of the course you are entitled to a full refund. 
  • If you cancel your place on the course between 4 months and 2 months before the start of the course you are entitled to a 75% refund of the course fees.
  • If you cancel your place on the course between 2 months and 1 month before the start of the course you are entitled to a 50% refund of the course fees. 
  • There will be no refund of course fees if you cancel your place on the course one week before the start of the course. 

     

  • In the unlikely event that the advertised speaker cannot fulfil their commitment to teach the course, Christian Heritage reserves the right to change the speaker, and if necessary adjust the advertised content, although every effort will be made to retain content as advertised. If the course has to be cancelled applicants' fees will be refunded, minus 2% for administration costs.
